Every year tens of thousand of high school and college students participate in international education and volunteer exchange programs. These students learn about new cultures, languages and ultimately recognize the place in the world as global citizens.

Unfortunately every year thousands of economically disadvantaged students are shut out from becoming global competent because their financial constraints preclude them from participating in international education exchange opportunities.

The Global Citizen Fund was created to provide funding to deserving students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds to participate in international education exchange opportunities.
