Housing Options Abroad For Your Student

There are various housing options for your students while they’re abroad. Different study abroad programs have different housing options. The three most common housing options are: living with a host family, student dorms, or an apartment. Your student should ask themselves what is important in their housing situation. For example, are they looking for privacy and independence? Do you want to learn the language, interact with locals, eat new foods or live with others?
