No background in Mandarin? No problem! CIEE’s Chinese Language and Society program is specifically designed for students with little to no Mandarin language experience. You’ll be amazed by how quickly you increase your language proficiency and advance your career aspirations in this rich and supportive learning environment. Courses in contemporary Chinese society, language training — including Chinese peer tutors — and fun group activities and excursions ensure you return home enriched with a deep knowledge of China and its people. CIEE May Language and Culture Program in Alicante, Spain

Spend three weeks this January learning about Spanish culture in a city on the beautiful Mediterranean coast, Alicante. Take a class in English, live with a Spanish family or in the residence hall, and participate in a variety of cultural activities and excursions that will provide you with a unique academic and intercultural experience abroad.
