About the Project Dancing Bears Park Belitsa is the largest of FOUR PAWS’ bear sanctuaries and the largest bear conservation area of its type in Europe. The sanctuary is near the town of Belitsa in South West Bulgaria. It is located in the Rila mountain range about 170 km south-east of Sofia and covers over 120,000 square metres.The park is home of 27 bears which were rescued form private people that where using the bears for attractions. Now the bears live in their natural environment. You will be working 4 days a week alongside with the bear keepers and the personal that take care of them.

Our Semester Free Elective program at Florence University of the Arts is created for students wishing to design their own curriculum from a broad selection of courses. Semester students may select five courses, of 2 or 3 credits each, for a maximum of 15 semester credits. Italian language is required for Free Elective students, though there is no language prerequisite. Program Details
The Summer Post Graduate Apprenticeship program prepares students for supervisory and management positions in the world\'s largest and fastest growing industry. The Florence experience is a unique opportunity that is open only to a limited number of students who already possess a professional and advanced educational training in the culinary field.

Courses emphasize practical and management skills through a combination of theoretical classes, experiential learning, practical labs and field studies led by professors with extensive industry experience. The overall program is divided into 4 concentrations focusing on Food & Beverage Service, Food Preparation, Culinary Management, and Special Event Management & Catering.

All classes and labs will take place at â??GANZOâ?? the non-profit cultural association and restaurant-club operated by Apicius students.
