1. Study at a university with a strong international reputation
A major motivation for many international students is the prospect of studying at a university with a strong international reputation.
2 . Meet a diverse range of people
my exposure to many different types of people will not only help me to develop my people skills, but it will also give me a firmer knowledge of others, both friend and foe.
3. Learn self-reliance
Moving abroad is the ultimate test in self-reliance. When i move back, i’ll likely rely on others less and i’ll take more responsibility for myself.

Studying abroad comes with its challenges which directly relate to the benefits of studying abroad. No matter where i end up, I will more than likely be out of me comfort zone as you face obstacles like homesickness, spending and budgeting foreign currency and simply living in a new, unfamiliar place. These may seem like small feats now, but in retrospect I’ll be proud of the accomplishments I have overcome. I’ll most likely return home a wiser individual and ready to face any future challenges head on
