A good Chinese language program? What do you mean? Perhaps for your host university? Or do you mean a good study abroad program with a Chinese course?

Flexible one to one Chinese Mandarin course. We practice often, after which Mandarin naturally flows from the tongue. Very good language environment(You can check wikitravel to know this and learning Chinese in a city where Putonghua is spoken on the streets as a better and quicker way to learn Chinese). Learning for all ages. Excellent teachers. Start anytime. Affordable price. Safe, private, clean and quiet accommodation. English native speaker will find Singapore a great place to learn Chinese. Chinese widely spoken, so lots of chance to practice Chinese after class, while living in English speaking environment.

you should check out this China study abroad program. While it's not a language school, the program covers very interesting, practical topics including how to start a business in China, the 7 stratagems, and china IP laws. It's a short-term study abroad program that is 2-3 weeks long and offers basic Chinese Mandarin courses for you to survive Shanghai & Beijing.

In addition to lectures taking place in Tongji University, the program also offers visits to international companies such as Deloitte, PWC, and more. By seeing the working environments in China, you'll get to better understand the business culture in a "how things work" aspect. This study abroad program is a perfectly balanced blend of lectures, company visits, and travels which will allow you to gain a deep understanding of China beyond the normal language schools. I highly recommend all students and professionals to check them out and apply. You'll be glad you did!

The best way to learn a language is to completely immerse yourself in it. I heard there are homestay programs that allow you to do this. Just a quick search i found these sites:
