Social entrepreneurship is an attempt to use business techniques to develop innovative solutions for the world’s most pressing problems. England has a vibrant community of social entrepreneurs that will allow our students to explore innovative solutions to some of the world’s seemingly intractable problems.
Earn 6 quarter credits or 4 semester hours in Social Entrepreneurship (BA 199 Social Entrepreneurship). This program takes you on an exciting journey through the vibrant business culture of the United Kingdom, aiming to help you understand how social entrepreneurism is put into practice in places such as London, Edinburgh and Cambridge. Academic activities are integrated with excursions, giving you an inside look at many socially innovative companies.
