Minimum Duration: 4 weeksLanguage Requirement: Intermediate to advanced SpanishEligibility Requirement: Suitable for participants with a background and interest in finance, business, computer skills, or a related field. While women's empowerment programs involve tasks related to microfinance and education, there is additionally scope to promote awareness about important issues such as empowerment, bullying, domestic violence, sexual and emotional health for women. This may involve group counselling sessions, workshops, or outreach programs to schools. Our internship programs include a guided reflection course, which combines personal development with professional competency building.
