AIFS Study Abroad in the Galapagos Islands, Ecuador
This Galápagos program gives students the opportunity to earn 3 credits studying an environmental science course in one of the most pristine natural laboratories in the world. Stay with local families on San Cristóbal Island and in hotels in Quito and Santa Cruz Island. Based at the Universidad San Francisco de Quito (USFQ) extension campus on the island of San Cristóbal and taught by USFQ faculty, you will study major ecosystems of the islands and experience them firsthand on academic field excursions to designated visitor sites. These locations include some of the world's most beautiful beaches as well as species of flora and fauna that exist nowhere else on earth. AIFS in London offers several study abroad options options including dynamic internship opportunities. Students can opt to do a Certificate in British Studies Program and focus on courses related to British culture, or choose from myriad courses in business, finance, economics, public relations, psychology, sociology, journalism, communications, art, history and more. Volunteer opportunities and an International Internship Program are also available. London is diverse, modern and thriving city, and with AIFS, central London is just outside your door. Prague is a picturesque yet modern city. Its collection of Gothic, Baroque and Renaissance architecture makes it one of the most beautiful cities in Europe. Explore the castles and cathedrals, discover landmarks of music and literature, and learn about the fascinating history of Prague and central Europe. AIFS offers two different programs in Prague: the Central and Eastern European Studies Program (CESP) at the University of Economics, as well as the Traditional Academic Program at Charles University.In both locations, there are an Internship Programs available to academic year and semester students, which can be found in various fields of interest such as advertising and PR, sales and social institutions.
