Immerse yourself in Florence, the cradle of the Renaissance and a city that has inspired creative minds for centuries. Learn about three focus areas—Italian food, art, and sports—from expert professors. You’ll savor Italian cuisine, appreciate Florentine art and architecture, and watch the World Cup with local buddies. Then you’ll choose one of these topics to explore in depth. Design and develop a group project with classmates based on your area of interest—an experience that will be a valuable in your college application process.

CET Photography in Prague

Longing to devote a full semester to photography, study with a master photography educator and live in a city teeming with photographic inspiration? CET Photography students absorb Czech culture and artistic influences and develop their photography portfolio by taking courses--and using cutting-edge resources--at FAMU, the Film and Television School of the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague. The CET Photography program is open to students with academic background in photography.

CET Beijing: Intensive Language

Want an intensive academic environment where your Chinese language skills are the top priority? CET Beijing students speak only Chinese and live with a Chinese roommate. All classes are centered around Chinese language learning--from language instruction to auxiliary classes in Chinese TV, character writing, newspaper, business and literature. This program is for serious students of all language levels, from beginners to heritage learners. The January Term is open to students with at least 3 semesters of previous Chinese language study.
