IES Abroad London Summer - UK Today

The UK Today Program provides you with the opportunity to explore the vibrant culture and rich heritage of contemporary London. We offer a unique academic experience, integrating field study into virtually all courses to maximize the many opportunities for learning that London presents. All IES Abroad courses are taught by distinguished British and international faculty, who follow the British approach to instruction, whereby students are expected to supplement lectures with reading. You also benefit from free access to the University of London’s Senate House Library. You take two courses for a total of 6 semester credits. IES Abroad Tokyo - Language & Culture - Semester/Academic Year

At Kanda University of International Studies (KUIS), you take a 6-credit language course specially designed for IES Abroad students (with the option of taking up to 12 credits of language), plus area studies courses taught in English. The English-language course offerings look at Japan from the point of view of popular culture, history, politics, and the arts. Founded in 1987, KUIS is a private university dedicated to the pursuit of excellence in International Studies, Foreign Languages, Intercultural Communication, Japanese Culture, and Linguistics.

IES Abroad Nice - Business, Sustainability & Immigration

Set upon the edge of the Mediterranean Sea on the glamorous French Riviera, Nice beckons with its mild climate and clear skies. Whether you’re strolling along the famous palm-lined Promenade des Anglais to witness the sunset over the sea, or looking down from Colline du Chateau (Castle Hill) at the sweeping panorama of this breathtaking city, Nice will enchant you. Enjoy all that Côte d'Azur has to offer while studying the culture and history of the French Mediterranean coast, improving your language skills (no experience required), and learning about business with other international students. You will take your language and area studies courses at the IES Abroad Center, accompanied by IPAG Business School courses. The IPAG Business School is located in the economic heart of Nice and offers many courses taught in English (only a few electives are taught in French).
