Organization & Leadership EdD

The Doctorate of Education (Ed.D.) in Organization and Leadership is a unique program for working professionals who see themselves as educational leaders transforming their organizations through a learning perspective. The Organization and Leadership (O&L) Doctoral program is comprised of 60 credits of study beyond the master's degree and culminates in the completion of a doctoral dissertation.

Teaching MA with Credential

The Teacher Education program prepares reflective practitioners who foster intellectual growth, personal development, and multicultural democratic community in their classrooms and schools. Our candidates learn how to provide their students — especially those most vulnerable to injustices — with an equitable, responsive, and empowering classroom experience. Teacher candidates are recommended by USF to the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC) for the Preliminary Multiple Subjects (36 units) or Single Subject (34 units) Teaching Credential with optional Bilingual Authorization in Spanish.

International & Multicultural Education MA

USF's M.A. degree in International & Multicultural Education (IME) Program is dedicated to understanding formal and informal education within its sociocultural, linguistic, and political contexts around the world. Based on principles of equity, social justice, and human rights, the program critically addresses the realities of education within and beyond the borders of public schooling in the United States and around the world.
