Griffith University offers study abroad students a wide range of campus experiences, academic courses and intercultural learning in locations that make the most of the laid-back, outdoors lifestyle of Queensland, Australia. Although a large university, Griffith fosters intimate learning environments and cultural integration in its many campuses.

As a study abroad student you can choose from a wide range of courses at four of Griffith’s five campuses:

  • Gold Coast Campus - Set amongst beautiful bushland, this campus is just 20 minutes from the beach. It is an ideal destination if you are interested in studying media, communications, hospitality and tourism management or business at the AACSB accredited Business School.
  • Nathan and Mt. Gravatt Campuses - Located just outside of Brisbane, these forested suburban campuses are connected by a walking path through the Toohey Forest Reserve. They offer exceptional coursework in education, environmental science, and international studies.
  • South Bank Campus - Situated in the center of Brisbane’s beautiful South Bank, it offers world class music, fine arts and film courses. This campus incorporates the Queensland Conservatorium and the Queensland College of Art.

The Griffith Mates are a diverse and vibrant team ofAustralian and international students that will help new students get acclimated and make the most of their time at Griffith.

Engage with the culture by taking advantage of the Community Internship offered with 50 hours spent in placement. The internship is open to students interested in pursuing business, education, environmental science, human services, law and criminology, multimedia and IT, and psychology placements.

The Griffith Honors College (GHC) is open to any students currently in an Honors College at their home university. The GHC offers a large range of leadership and community development opportunities, along with some cross-disciplinary programs.
