Abstract

Although Argentina is a moderately developed and modern country, it lacks in its facilities for individuals with disabilities. While the federal government has protective laws that mandate access to buildings for persons with disabilities, many provinces do not; therefore infrastructure for individuals with visual, hearing, and physical disabilities is rare.
